Notice of Late Opening on Sunday, June 7, 2026

We would like to inform everyone that we will be upgrading our server this Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

While we normally open at 12:00 NN, the server upgrade may require additional time to complete. As a result, we may not be able to open at our regular operating hours. However, rest assured that we will open immediately once the upgrade is completed, on or before the expected completion time of 2:00 PM.

This update is important as it will address minor issues such as certain games not launching properly and delays when logging in to Steam. These improvements will help provide a smoother and more reliable gaming experience for all our customers.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time. We remain committed to serving you better and providing the best gaming experience possible.

Notice of Temporary Sunday Closure

Please be advised that Domain Rosedale Branch will be temporarily closed on Sundays during June and July 2026 as part of our efforts to optimize operations and maximize the capacity of our Domain Miranza Branch during the summer season.

During this period, Domain Miranza Branch will be fully operational from Monday to Sunday, while Domain Rosedale Branch will continue to operate from Monday to Saturday.

Customers are welcome to visit Domain Miranza Branch on Sundays and throughout the week. We also encourage everyone to watch out for our upcoming Summer Break Promo at Domain Miranza Branch.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary schedule adjustment may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Please be advised that there will be an air-conditioning maintenance schedule on May 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Domain Rosedale Branch.

We will remain open during the maintenance; however, only a limited number of air-conditioning units will be operational. As a result, customers may experience slightly warmer temperatures inside the branch. In addition, PCs located near the air-conditioning units being serviced will temporarily be unavailable until the cleaning and maintenance are completed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. This scheduled maintenance is part of our commitment to providing a more comfortable and better gaming experience by ensuring that our air-conditioning systems are cleaned and maintained regularly.

Please be advised that Domain Miranza will be fully occupied from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, as we will be hosting the 1st Season of the Knives Out Cebu League. During this time, all PCs and gaming stations will be reserved exclusively for tournament participants and event operations.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, especially to our regular customers who are planning to visit during the said schedule. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we hold this special esports event for the community.
