We are pleased to inform everyone that 4 uplinks have already been successfully restored. Our technical team continues to coordinate with upstream providers to restore the remaining affected uplinks as soon as possible.

While partial congestion and occasional slow connectivity may still be experienced in some areas, network performance is now gradually improving as traffic load normalizes across the restored links.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support throughout this outage.

Rest assured that our team is continuously monitoring the network 24/7 until full restoration is achieved.

We are currently experiencing a fiber break affecting some of our uplinks. Because of this, you may experience slow internet connection, high latency, or intermittent service in some areas.

Our technical team and upstream providers are already coordinating for immediate checking and restoration.

We would like to inform everyone that our network is currently experiencing slower internet speeds and intermittent connectivity due to one of our major uplinks unexpectedly going down.

Our technical team is already coordinating with the upstream provider and rerouting traffic to our remaining active links to minimize the impact. However, since traffic is currently shared among the remaining uplinks, some areas may experience:
• Slow browsing and streaming
• Higher latency/ping
• Intermittent disconnections during peak hours

Please be assured that this issue is not caused by your modem or local connection. Restoration work is already ongoing, and we will provide updates once the affected uplink is fully restored.
