Although it's controversial, I have to agree. Recently, we viewed Linked IN groups only to find group members all following the same strategy: post an article, attach a picture, and create a link back to their companies' website. Engagement is dead. With an unlimited supply of content, how does one company differentiate itself from others?
While this article is more of an editorial rant, it holds some truth. In order to stay ahead of the competition, we need to think a few steps ahead. What's next? Video? Live feeds?
Are we literally paving the way back to disruptive advertising?
