‼️Internet Interruption Update ‼️

Good evening!

We would like to provide you an update regarding the current internet interruption since this morning (Consolacion-Mandaue Area). Due to clearing operation being conducted by VECO, our repair team was only able to start around 5–6 PM, as it was difficult to proceed with the repair while their operation was ongoing.

We have been doing our best to restore your internet connection as soon as possible. However, based on the latest update from our repair team, the repair work will resume by tomorrow.

Rest assured that we will do our best to restore your internet connection tomorrow.

We are experiencing an internet connection interruption since this morning, particularly in some parts of Mandaue area, including Canduman, Basak, Jagobiao and labogon.
