Our main server located at District 5, San Antonio, Dagami currently has no power coming from DORELCO. Unfortunately, our backup power has already been exhausted.

Affected areas:
• All coverage areas of ISTC – Dagami

Temporary no internet connection may be experienced until power is restored.

A fiber break occurred on the mainline going to Brgy. Patoc.

Our technical team is currently working on the repair. Temporary no internet connection may be experienced.

Restored

One of our network modules was damaged, causing no internet connection on the Sawahon Server, affecting areas from Brgy. Hiabangan to Brgy. Rizal.

Today, around 3:30 PM, internet service was restored. The connection is now under observation to ensure stability.

Today, May 16, 2026 @ 12:30 PM, the Sawahon Server experienced connection issues connecting to our Dagami Main Server, causing temporary no internet connection.

Our technical team is currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
