Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Philippines Only)

Codr is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with strong UX design expertise and a solid portfolio.

You’ll work directly under our UX Director and design for multiple companies across industries — from tech startups and service platforms to creative brands and e-commerce. This role is perfect for designers who want to gain broad experience, sharpen their UX skills, and grow their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior (heatmaps, testing data, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and creative teams to deliver high-quality experiences
- Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Handle occasional ad-hoc design requests (graphics, marketing visuals, etc.)

Requirements
- Strong UX and UI design skills with a portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Knowledge of design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Must be based in the Philippines

Bonus Skills (a plus, not required)
- Framer or Webflow experience
- Motion/animation design skills for UX
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Graphic design skills (banners, ad creatives, marketing visuals)
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or e-commerce design
