We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in General Santos City!
• Fixed Weekends Off

1. Team Leader
Qualifications:
• Must have experience in handling 20-25 sales representative (not necessarily in the BPO industry)
• Must have strong sales background of at least 2-3years in any of these fields
(Real Estate Sales, BPO Sales, Credit Cards Sales, Insurance Sales)
2. Sales Representative
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months Sales Experience(Hard Selling) any of these fields:
- Insurance
- Bank Associate/credit card sellers
- Car Agents
- Real Estate Agents
• Willing to work onsite in Mabuhay IT Park, General Santos City
• At least High School Graduate
• BPO Sales Experience is preffered

● Good command of spoken English and active listening skills
● Speaks with confidence and clear intonation over the phone
● 1+ years of sales experience
● Sales closing skills
● Ability to negotiate is a plus.
