✅ Retain and build customer loyalty by providing a professional, courteous, and positive experience to every customer

✅ Practice active and empathetic listening, especially when handling challenging customer concerns

What We’re Looking For
✅ Prior Call Center or Customer Service experience
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✅ Excellent multitasking skills—you can type while speaking with customers
✅ Confident and results-driven
✅ Comfortable working onsite and on a night shift
