Seeing the Wi-Fi symbol 📶 doesn't always mean your device actually has internet access.

If you're connected to Wi-Fi but can't browse:

📱 Check another device — If only one device has the problem, reconnect its Wi-Fi.
🌐 Try another website or app — Sometimes the problem is with the website, not your connection.
🔄 Turn Wi-Fi off and back on on your device.
🔌 Restart your modem/router — Unplug it, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
💡 Check the modem/router lights — Unusual or red LOS indicators may mean the connection needs attention.

⚠️ Still no internet? Don't repeatedly reset the modem using the tiny RESET button. That can erase settings. Contact your internet provider or after-sales support instead.
