4. Retrieve and back-up files from a faulty hard drive. (Retrieval rates differ base on the severity of damage.)
5. Replace and suggest hardware for your equipment.
6. Install trial or *authentic software on your units. (*Subscription required.)
7. Suggest and fix the runway of the network cables on your units at home. (Alert: Neat freak)
8. Live consultation if ever you need to purchase a computer unit(s). Tailor-fit your needs.
9. Teach you the basics of computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
