High Tech Computer Store, Inc is a company dedicated in electronics repair in (any brand) such as home and office equipment like Desktop Computers, Laptop, Tablet PC, Notebook, Netbook, MacBook, Palmtop, Organizer, Portable DVD player, LCD TV/Monitor, Printers, Scanners, AVRs, Power Supply, Typical DVD or VCD player, Component, Power Amplifier, Karaoke, Videoke System, Electric Fan, Washing Machine, Aircon Control System, Microwave Oven, Keyboard and Typewriter. In addition, we also customize software and program consultancy, design, programming and implementation as well as maintenance and data recovery. This includes also installation of original operating system, Microsoft applications and antivirus.
• We also accept graphics design, layout and printing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
MANAGER
• Is the
person responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of
individuals, monitoring their work, and taking corrective action?
• Oversees
the works of the employees and its customer within the range of the computer
shop and their behaviour.
• Considered
to be the leader wherein he is the one that meets the clients prior to their
needs and aid the works of the other employees.
• If there
is a need for repairs and other services offered by the shop, he may be
contacted so that he will be the one to communicate with the right people
capable of doing the services. CASHIER
• Is the
one responsible for the inflow and outflow of the money received and paid by
the shop for its expenses?
• He is
also involved in the processing sales and the maintenance of a high level
customer care.
• He must
be able to perform each taskas accurately and efficiently as possible. COMPUTER PROGRAMMER
• Perform
monitoring tasks to ensure that the programs which they develop work as they
are supposed to.
• Maintenance
of computer databases.
• Responsibility
for preparing graphs, tables and analytical data displays which show the
progress of a computer program.
• Responsible
for providing technical support to those who use the computer programs developed
by the individual and his/her company. COMPUTER OPERATOR
• Enter
commands, using computer terminal, and activate controls on computer and
peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment.
• Monitor
the system for equipment failure or errors in performance.
• Notify
supervisor or computer maintenance technicians of equipment malfunctions.
• Respond
to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the
program. GRAPHIC ARTIST
• He is
the one who designs and create graphics that meet the specific guidelines of
commercial or marketing needs, such as displays, packaging or logo design.
• He get a
general idea of what the client wants for a basic look, feel, specific colors,
artwork and size. This helps the designer a feel for the client's taste and
gives him a starting point for creating the piece. The designer takes the
client's information and adds her own creative touch to the overall design
idea. SECURITY GUARD
• His role
is to safeguard, patrol, and monitor any theft or violence in the premises
where his duty has been assigned.
• He is
responsible for serving the management by providing safety against any law
violator, and determining any sort of disturbance that will incur losses to the
client. CUSTODIAN
• Responsible
for cleaning up the mess of the customers and for the maintenance of the
building.
