This is to inform all LTO-Accredited Medical Clinics that pursuant to the LTO Memorandum dated January 5, 2026, electronic uploading of Medical Examination Certificates through the LTO-IT System is now mandatory.

Our company, as an Accredited Medical IT Service Provider, is authorized and fully equipped to coordinate and fulfill the requirements of this directive.
