Any transaction, agreement, collection of money, quotation, reservation, or arrangement made with this person is strictly PERSONAL and is NOT under Smartnote. Therefore, Smartnote shall not be held liable or responsible for any payments, damages, losses, misunderstandings, or commitments arising from dealings made with him.
For everyone’s safety and protection, please be reminded of the following:
• Smartnote DOES NOT conduct transactions outside our store premises.
• All official transactions must be made INSIDE our store only.
• Official documents such as Job Orders, Sales Invoices, Quotations, or other company-issued documents will always be provided as proof of transaction.
• Payments should only be made directly to authorized company personnel inside the store premises.
• Our official employees wear the company’s authorized uniform while conducting company business.
If a person is using our business name but is NOT in official Smartnote uniform, is conducting transactions outside the store, or cannot provide proper company documents, please be advised that such person is NOT authorized or affiliated with Smartnote.
We strongly encourage everyone to verify first before making any payment or transaction to avoid scams, fraud, or unauthorized dealings.
