📢 2nd Batch in Action!

Patuloy ang pagpapalakas ng barangay readiness sa pamamagitan ng 3-Day Live-In Hands-On Training for the Municipality of Milagros on AIP, Annual Budget Preparation, Budgetary Records Turnover, at e-Budget Data Management.

Layunin ng training na ihanda ang mga barangay officials sa maayos, accountable, at efficient na transition through improved records management and e-Budget system handling.

📢 Strengthening barangay readiness for a smooth, accountable, and efficient transition!
A 3-Day Live-In Hands-On Training on the Annual Investment Program (AIP), Annual Budget Preparation, Budgetary Records Turnover, and e-Budget Data Management is being conducted to equip Punong Barangays, Barangay Treasurers, Barangay secretaries & barangay kagawads with the knowledge and practical skills needed in records turnover, database submission, backup, and e-Budget system management.
This activity was made possible in partnership with the Masbate Association of Local Budget Officers (MALBO) in coordination with the DILG Masbate Provincial Office, and through the continued commitment of MindConcept Solutions, as a member of the Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Council (MSAC), to share knowledge and technical expertise in IT systems in support of good governance, efficient records management, and transition preparedness.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 3-Day Technical Training & Workshop on the Deployment / Installation of BDRIS2025 PRO MAX GIS ENGINE & DOCSMAKER

Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng Punong Barangays, Barangay Kagawads, Barangay Secretaries, Barangay Treasurers, at iba pang Barangay Representatives na aktibong nakilahok at nakiisa sa ating 3-day technical training and workshop. Tunay pong nakakatuwa makita ang inyong willingness to learn, cooperation, at dedikasyon upang mas mapabuti pa ang paggamit ng teknolohiya at data management sa inyong mga barangay.

Lubos din po ang aming pasasalamat sa LGU Malilipot para sa kanilang suporta at pakikipag-coordinate upang maging matagumpay ang training na ito. Special thanks po kay Mam Lorelei Bron, ALBOREV President and MBO Malilipot, sa inyong effort, assistance, at napakalaking tulong sa pag-organize at pag-coordinate ng buong activity. Malaki po ang naging bahagi ninyo upang maging maayos at productive ang ating workshop.

At syempre, taos-puso rin po kaming nagpapasalamat sa aming MCS Team sa inyong sipag, teamwork, at walang sawang technical assistance sa bawat participant.
