Sinadyang putulin ang ating linya, pinatungan ang wires natin na nagdulot ng pagkawala ng signal sa villa leonor at kitang1. Ito po ay malinaw na pambabastos sa ating mga subscribers.

Ipinapaalam po namin sa aming mga kliyente na ang kasalukuyang paghina ng signal sa ilang lugar ay maaaring bunsod ng posibleng pagsabotahe o hindi sinasadyang pagkasira ng ating mga NAP box at mga kable.
Ang ganitong uri ng pangyayari ay wala po sa aming direktang kontrol, kaya kami ay magalang na humihingi ng inyong kooperasyon at tulong. Sakaling kayo ay makaranas ng paghina o pagkawala ng signal, maaari po naming hilingin na:
Lumabas at tingnan kung may taong gumagawa o may kahina-hinalang aktibidad sa poste malapit sa inyong lugar; at

NOTICE TO ALL SUBSCRIBERS FOR POSSIBLE SLOWER INTERNET OR TEMPORARY INTERRUPTIONS

Dear subscribers,

We wish to inform you that our mainline was damaged during a clearing operation at National Road, Brgy. Luz this morning, which caused a cut to the main line affecting services to POSCO and Marsteel. (Pictures attached in the incident report)

As a result, you may experience slower internet or temporary interruptions in areas at Townsite, Landing, Kitang 1, Bo. Luz, Alangan and Lamao, tomorrow January 9, 2025, while we replace the mainline and perform required system updates.

Ang atin pong mainline ay tinamaan nanamang muli ng clearing operation at malaki ang nadamage. Kinakailangan pong palitan ang mainline ng Posco hanggang Marsteel, kung kaya’t ang nararanasan pong pagkawala ng connection sa nasabing area ay dulot ng nasabing sira.
Ang atin pong technical team ay nag uumpisa na sa pag aayos ng mga linya.
Ang aming paumanhin po sa lahat ng naapektuhan, ang ganitong sitwasyon po ay hindi natin inaasahan. Maraming salamat po

Good News! Inaayos na po natin ang problema ng pagkaputol ng mainline natin, aga ran pong inayos ng ating tech team simula pa kagabi hanggang Ngayon at MAY SIGNAL NA PO ANG LAHAT 🥰. Magandang araw po sa lahat, kami po ay humihingi ng paumanhin, makakaranas po tayo ng pag bagal o pansamantalang pagkawala ng internet ngayong araw sa kadahilanang ginagawa po ang mainline ng NPC side hanggang Marsteel na naapektuhan sa clearing operation kahapon. Naputol po ang mainline cable na nagsusupply sa nasabing area Kung kaya't makakaranas po tayo Ngayon ng unstable connection sa ating area Townsite, Landing, Kitang1, Bo Luz at Alangan. Ang technical team po ay nkalabas na lahat at inaayos ang nasabing mainline.
