We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an unexpected service interruption due to a fiber optic cable cut affecting our network. As a result, some customers may be experiencing slow connectivity or a complete loss of Internet service.
A major fiber line serving San Vicente, Banaybanay, Mahayahay Lupon and Tagugpo Lupon was damaged earlier today by external factors. Our technical team, along with our upstream partners, is already on-site working to restore service as quickly as possible.
Our teams are actively assessing the full extent of the damage. We will provide an updated restoration time as soon as more information becomes available.
