Smart strengthens provincial reach with new authorized distributors in Pampanga and Bulacan
​Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart), through its regional distributors Loadprime Communications Inc. and Prime G5 Inc., has expanded its provincial distribution network with the appointment of new authorized partners to better serve customers in Central Luzon, particularly its over 20,000-strong retailer network.
​For Pampanga, under Regional Distributor Prime G5 Inc., Smart has enlisted KingHexa Enterprises and RKT Marketing as official provincial distributors. In Bulacan, under Regional Distributor Loadprime Communications Inc., Vista Prime has been appointed as the province’s authorized distributor. These partnerships are part of Smart’s continuing effort to improve accessibility, streamline service delivery, and ensure that customers in key growth areas receive reliable and high-quality support.
​Through these authorized distributors, customers and retailers can access genuine Smart products and services—including SIM cards, prepaid load, and other connectivity solutions—backed by proper training, official systems, and customer service standards.
​Smart also reminds the public to remain vigilant and to transact only with its official regional and provincial distributors and accredited retailers. Engaging with unauthorized sellers may expose customers to risks such as invalid products, incorrect information, or a lack of after-sales support.
