Become Part of Our Team! We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Accounting Head (CPA) to lead our finance and accounting operations while ensuring the company's financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
-Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
-Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
-Handle all BIR compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory tax requirements.
-Manage all company tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with the latest BIR rules and regulations.
-Coordinate and facilitate BIR audits, tax assessments, and respond to government inquiries.
-Ensure timely submission of mandatory government reports and compliance requirements.
-Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
-Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
-Monitor cash flow and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
-Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, banks, and other regulatory bodies.
-Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.
