1. Graduate of Human Resources Management or BS/AB Psychology or any related course
2. Must have a strong background in all facets of Human Resources at least 2 years experience specifically in compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee relations and administrative tasks.
3. Must have a strong background in all facets of Human Resources
4. Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance matches job description or criteria
5. Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
6. Can work with minimum supervision and can handle people
7.With proficient written and oral communication skills
8. Capable of maintaining confidential information
