We're looking for CAREER ADVISERS!
**Requirements:**
* Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a behavioral, social science, human services or a similar field
* Has excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English
* Must be a people person, ethical, trustworthy, flexible, and able to inspire confidence in their client
* Must have strong interpersonal and assessment skills
* Must be willing to be trained
* Problem-solving, conflict resolution, organizational, time management skills are important
**Job scope:**
* Career coaches offer a solution-oriented, holistic approach to assist individuals in need of career advice
* A coach is someone who can help an individual advance his/her career, secure a new job, or transition into a new path. Thus, this person must be flexible in dealing with varying challenges and different types of clients
* The skills that coaches offer are skills often not offered in school. Because of this, the coaches must be trained to gain knowledge and skills they may offer to future clients
* Coaches may be involved in individual/group training and development, role transition process, and other career services.
* Coaches may be tasked to handle client interviews, assess their needs and offer solutions/advice, among other tasks
