PROJECT-BASED COMMUNITY MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, moderate, and engage audiences across online community platforms such as Meta and TikTok, along with other relevant channels
- Engage with community members by responding to questions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Create and execute community engagement initiatives aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone
- Monitor community sentiment and provide insights, feedback, and reports to stakeholders
- Enforce community guidelines and handle concerns or conflicts diplomatically
- Support project launches, announcements, and key milestones through community activation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in English
- Experience managing online communities or digital platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a project-based setup
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with community management tools and analytics is a plus
