• Provide troubleshooting assistance, sales queries for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Manage sales tracking and reporting via Network Management System
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests
• Keep record of sales trend and product issues
• Provide scheduled maintenance on machines installed on site
• Acquire customers/business partners
• Assist in machine installation on site
• 3days a week site or customer acquisition visit (or when needed) and 2days a week work-from-home
• Able to use Facebook messenger for sales and customer interaction
• Basic knowledge in computer and web surfing
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel
• Basic knowledge in internet set-up and connectivity
• Must be high school graduate or college level (not necessarily college graduate)
• Excellent sales & communication skills (Tagalog/Bisaya communication good enough)
• Basic knowledge in IT system and troubleshooting is a plus (not a must)
• Owns a motorbike is a plus (not a must)
