Here's a quick exercise worth 5 minutes of your day:
1. Write down every task you did today and how long each one took.
2. Mark each one: "Only I can do this" or "Someone trained could do this."
3. Add up the "someone trained" column.

Most small business owners find 15-20 hours a week sitting in that column. That's basically a part-time employee's worth of work that doesn't need your brain.

The $10/$50 rule:
