Over the years (2000s to present), maraming beses na ako nakipagsagutan at nakipagmatigasan sa mga Guardia Civil ng Intramuros. Madalas din umaabot pa ang pagreklamo sa Twitter o IG. Street photography at architecture lang naman ang hobby ko, di ako nagkukuha ng pre-nup, wedding, birds, o kung anu pa man. Walang commercial work, walang aparato o mga ilaw na pansinin.
May mga taon din naman na naging maluwag sila, pero mas madalas kahit maliit na point-n-shoot or osmo pocket lang hawak mo, susundan ka na akala mo state secrets yung kinukunan mo. May panahon pa na ang bungad sayo ng guardia civil, data privacy daw. Data Privacy, talaga? Yung madalas na sinisita pag may dala ka na mahabang lente, or malaking camera body, tipong DSLR or rigged up na mirrorless camera. Mainit sa mata yung mga lente mahaba at kulay gray, kasi nga pang pro.
Pero "Bawal Po, no more!" ika nga ng bagong liderato ng Tourism Philippines. Maraming salamat sa paglilinaw.
Yung totoo po, hindi naman talaga bawal. May guidelines ang Intramuros Administration patungkol sa pagkuha. Sa experience ko, ang nagiging maling interpretasyon eh depende kung sino ang hepe ng mga guardia civil na nagpapatupad. Mabuti at nilinaw ng liderato kung paano ipapatupad ang guidelines.
So, samantalahin natin ang panahon, sana pang matagalan na maging maluwag.
