We're Hiring: Sales Representative
Pay: Php850.00 per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience as a customer service representative
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand our customer base
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Represent our products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Knows effective client sourcing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build rapport with clients and guide them throughout the process
- Communicate to customers and address their needs through call, email, text, & chat
- Suggest products, ongoing sales, discounts, and promotions based on customer cues
- Assist customers in decision-making based on their needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices, including loss prevention
- Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
- Assist in planning and developing sales strategies ensuring that it addresses the client needs, as well as meeting the business targets
