ACCENTECX AI has released Bio-Intelligence Working Paper No. 2: Microbial Collective Intelligence.
This working paper explores how microbial communities coordinate, adapt, defend, and preserve useful responses without a central brain, and how these biological mechanisms may inspire more adaptive and resilient AI systems.
The paper connects quorum sensing, biofilms, horizontal gene transfer, microbial ecology, probiotics, and selective memory with possible AI applications in cybersecurity, RAG and prompt-injection defense, aquaculture health monitoring, biosecurity, environmental monitoring, and decision-support systems.
