FAQ: How can i redeem points/rebate from my purchased item/s?

1. Capture a photo of your purchased receipt featuring the participating items.
2. Send the photo via Messenger to Swift Care
3. Await a response regarding your points/rebate status for the participating items.
Guidelines when submitting the receipt:
The image must be clear and taken while standing, not lying down. Ensure the entire receipt is visible, from top to bottom.
Swift Care functions as a loyalty app designed to promote adherence to doctor-prescribed treatments. The more you spend, the more points/rebates you can earn. For instance:
P100 purchase = 1 Point
P500 and above purchase = Free Mask
