EMERGENCY WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Low, No, and possible Turbid Water Supply;

Thursday, January 4, 2024;

Affected areas are Kristina Heights, Nulatula, Abucay, Tigbao, Diit;

This interruption is due to the Emergency Repair of the damaged 12 inches in diameter ACP pipe in Brgy. Tigbao, Tacloban City (corner going to Holy Cross).

The damaged was caused by the drainage excavation project in the area.

As of posting of this advisory our technical personnel are already preparing the needed materials in order to conduct the repair.

WHAT: Low, No and Turbid Water Supply;

WHERE: Tanauan, Tolosa and Dagami, Leyte:

WHEN: Monday, July 3, 2023 from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M;

This interruption is due to the interconnection of the 10ӯ DCI Pipe to the temporary pipe crossing at the Malaguicay Bridge in Brgy. Malaguicay, Tanauan, Leyte, in relation to the DPWH Bridge widening project in the area. Please store water for your consumption during the interruption.

Please continue to conserve water.

Please be informed that due to the availability of other bills payment options such as our LBP LinkBiz Portal, SM Bills Payment, Bayad Center, and ECPay partners (GCash, CLiQQ by 7-Eleven), there will be NO MORE COLLECTION AT THE MAIN OFFICE ON SUNDAYS FROM AUGUST 6, 2023 (SUNDAY) AND ONWARDS.

Thus, be advised of the new collection schedule which will be implemented starting on August 2023.

AFTER DUE DATE – pay at any LPP and/or at our Etap Machine.

• GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC FAUCETS, COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL ACCOUNTS;
