The Social Media Specialist responsible for managing and executing social media activities for assigned accounts. This role requires someone who can work with real deadlines, coordinate with team members, and take ownership of tasks. The position values initiative, logical thinking, and sound decision-making. Hands on experience managing real social media accounts is a strong advantage, although applicants with training or certifications only may still be considered.

โข Manage assigned client social media accounts from audit to ex*****on
โข Conduct social media audits to assess current performance and gaps
โข Perform market, audience, and competitor research
โข Develop and execute social media action plans based on insights and goals
โข Plan content calendars aligned with client objectives and timelines
โข Coordinate with clients regarding content, feedback, and approvals
โข Collaborate with internal team members for smooth ex*****on
โข Monitor engagement, trends, and platform updates
โข Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports with insights
โข Recommend improvements based on data and performance findings
โข Manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines effectively

โข Proven experience managing social media accounts (agency or client-based preferred)

โข Ability to conduct market and competitor research
โข Capable of translating data and insights into actionable recommendations
โข Strong organizational and time management skills
โข Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
โข Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
โข Demonstrates logical thinking and sound decision-making
โข Comfortable working independently and with a team

โข Ability to work night shift aligned with US business hours. Start and end times may vary depending on client requirements and operational needs.
