We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. One of our internet network devices was damaged by a power surge caused by heavy lightning last night.

We were able to purchase a replacement device from Cebu today, and our technical team will install it tomorrow morning. Once the installation is complete, internet service is expected to return to normal.

While undergoing ug repair ag atua uplink sa multiple fiber cuts....naigo pod sa kilat atua device gidangop sa solar panel ag kilat nasunog ag device..nagpuli mi.mao.nadugay..salamat sa pagsabot..e check ko palihog karon sa inyo connection..ug wala pa tawag lang 09079182221

Good evening sir ma'am. We are currently experiencing issues with our uplink from vm2 to Bohol. Multiple fiber cut daw, until now wala pa na fully resolve. Pasyensya sa inconvenience, we are trying to coordinate with Infinivan team to have us rerouted to a cleaner path. Salamat sa pagsabot.
