Innovation Love, a company of startup innovators (the same team that created Sulit.com.ph (OLX.ph) and Property24.com.ph), has a new venture and is currently looking to form its core technology team. The new venture is targeting a lucrative and growing industry in the market today.
The new project is using an in-house framework that is the foundation of all projects created by Innovation Love. Based on modern technologies, this framework allows our team to implement business requirements fast, do active iterations based on user feedback, and create cross-platform applications using Javascript.
In this regard, we are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer who will build, design, test and deploy effective test automation solutions for all projects under the new venture.
As a Test Automation Engineer, your main responsibilities are:
- Create and execute test automation scripts based on platform feature requirements
- Design and implement test automation strategy, tools, and technologies
- Analyze test results
- Monitor all stages of application development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards
- Ensure that the system is fully functional, performing and is aligned to security and scalability requirements
- Work closely with developers offering recommendations and ideas to improve the quality of the product
- Communicate with customers and replicate the issues faced by them
To be successful in this role, you must have the following relevant qualifications:
- Experience in web and mobile testing
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and current industry trends for building the test strategy and recommendations
- Planning and organizing skills
- Has the passion for solving complex problems and ability to implement solutions that are thoughtfully-structured, readable, and reusable
Plus points qualifications are:
- Experience in automation using Cypress, Selenium, or other related test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTTP
- Continuous Integration: Gitlab CI, Jenkins or alternatives
- Experience working in an agile development team and using tools like Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence, and git
