(GSI) is an information technology company that provides integrated management information systems and geographic information systems (MIS/GIS) solutions to the public and private sector of the Philippine Market. GSI is an affiliate of Geodata Systems Technologies Inc. (GSTI) that was founded in February 1991 to provide Geographic Information Systems (
GIS) products and services in the Philippines. GSTI’s timely establishment enabled it to participate in public and private efforts to better manage utilities, local governments, environment and natural resources linked to geographically referenced information. GSTI is the Philippines’ No.1 provider of GIS technology, products and services. It is also the exclusive Philippine Distributor of the world’s no.1 GIS Technology- ESRI’s ArcGIS --- a family of GIS products. GSI is an off-shoot of the MIS/GIS business of GSTI. The intention of the establishment of GSI is to focus on providing integrated MIS/GIS applications to the LGU’s and to provide automated “best practice in the world— MIS solutions to the Philippine market and the world. With this change, GSTI will then focus on GIS technologies and applications that are rapidly developing in the Philippines and in the Southeast Asian market.
