Setting up LoRaWAN® devices used to involve entering device details one by one. That may be fine for a few sensors, but it becomes difficult when a city, utility, or facility needs to deploy thousands.

The LoRa Alliance®’s newest releases help make large-scale deployment easier through QR code-based onboarding, automated device profile retrieval, and better guidance for LoRaWAN Relay in hard-to-reach locations such as underground areas, basements, thick walls, and metal enclosures.
