The Philippine Institute for Integrated Circuits is a project of the DOST-PCIEERD and UP EEEI to meet the human resource requirements of the IC Design Industry. To meet this objective, the PIIC consulted industry players in designing a training program for target universities across the country. In addition, the PIIC is partnering with these universities to help them develop their own IC design pr

ogram. The PIIC also offers faculty immersions at the University of the Philippines, Diliman and partner IC design companies to strengthen the implementation of these new IC design courses.
