SUBJECT: MAIN SOURCE INTERRUPTION DUE TO FLOODING AND ADVERSE WEATHER

Please be informed that our main internet source located in Davao is currently down. This is caused by flooding and continuous heavy rains over the past days, which affected the facility and transmission lines.

As a result, GC Networks is currently without a primary internet source. Our technical team is closely coordinating with upstream providers and monitoring the situation for restoration.

We will issue a follow-up announcement as soon as service is restored or updates become available.

Please be informed that all field operations and outdoor duties are temporarily suspended effective immediately, due to severe weather conditions and safety risks.

• No deployment, site visits, or repair work shall proceed until weather improves and safety is confirmed.
• Office operations remain in effect; staff on standby for updates.
• Normal field activities will resume once weather clears and safety permits. Further notice will follow.

Please be informed that there is currently no internet connection in affected areas due to downtime on our main internet source. We are operating on backup system only, which provides limited connectivity at approximately 5% speed/capacity.

Our technical team is already coordinating with relevant providers to resolve the issue. We are still verifying the exact time when service will be fully restored and will provide further updates as soon as information becomes available.
