Vacation marketing company seeking four Customer Service Representatives to work in our new facility. The Customer Service Representative will primarily be responsible for the following:

Take 1-5 inbound calls per work shift
Make 1-5 outbound calls per work shift (all outbound calls have been asked to be contacted by our company)
Manage 1-10 live chat conversations with customers as they browse our websites
The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for completing general office work as needed. General office work can include but is not limited to the following:

Internet research
Document preparation
Posting articles to our websites
Data entry
Sending emails
Schedule

Our facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There will be three eight hour shifts throughout the day. Schedules are flexible and a full-time salary for six months can be offered to the right candidates.

Pay

Paid training is provided as well as opportunity for career advancement for motivated individuals. The starting pay is 15,000 pesos per month with opportunity to earn 20,000 pesos per month after one month.

Bonuses are available for exceptional employees.

Start Date:

We are looking to start this position no later than Oct. 1, 2019. We plan to conclude all hires by Oct. 31, 2019.

Requirements:

Not afraid to pick up the phone and call customers who’ve asked to be contacted by us
