Tarellia Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team! If you enjoy understanding business processes, translating requirements into practical solutions, and collaborating with both stakeholders and technical teams, we’d like to hear from you.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team.
Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Work closely with developers, QA, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Help design scalable and efficient software solutions that address business requirements.
Develop and recommend data-driven solutions to improve processes and decision-making.
Ensure that delivered system functionalities are aligned with approved requirements and project scope.
Participate in requirements validation, testing, UAT, implementation, and project documentation.
🎯 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to understand both business processes and technical concepts.
Experience in business/system analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, or software projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional SDLC methodologies is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Willing to work in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
