EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

Please be advised that BONNet Communications is currently conducting Emergency Maintenance due to an electrical incident that caused damage to the power/electrical connection supplying the network server serving the affected areas.

The incident has disrupted the connection of the area server, resulting in a temporary Internet Service Interruption. Our technical team is currently working on the necessary inspection, repair, and restoration of the affected facilities to bring the service back to normal as soon as possible.

📢 SERVICE ADVISORY | FIBER BREAK DUE TO LANDSLIDE

Dear Valued Subscribers,

We would like to inform everyone that a fiber break has occurred due to a landslide in Santiago, Ilocos Sur, near Santiago Cove, which has affected our fiber line and resulted in service interruptions in some areas.

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Santiago is currently working on the affected area. Our team is closely monitoring the progress of the clearing and repair operations so we can immediately proceed with the necessary restoration and reconnect the fiber line affected by the landslide as soon as conditions permit.

However, due to the continuous and sudden rainfall, combined with poor visibility and darkness tonight, it is unfortunately not safe or possible to complete the repair work this evening. The safety of the personnel and the stability of the affected area must be considered before restoration activities can continue.

We sincerely ask for the patience, understanding, and cooperation of our valued subscribers while the necessary work is being carried out.

Our technical team is closely monitoring the situation and will work to restore the affected services as soon as it is safe and technically possible to do so.
