Hindi lang internet speed ang mahalaga sa gaming. Ang isa sa pinakamahalagang factor ay ping o latency. Kahit mataas ang speed mo, puwede pa ring magkaroon ng lag kung mataas ang ping.

Ano ang posibleng dahilan? 🤔

🎮 May ibang gumagamit ng internet habang naglalaro.
📥 May downloads o updates na tumatakbo sa background.
📶 Mahina ang WiFi signal o malayo ang device sa router.
🌍 Malayo ang game server na napili.

✅ Narito ang ilang tips para mas stable ang gaming experience:

🔌 Gumamit ng LAN cable kung posible.
⏸️ I-pause muna ang downloads at updates habang naglalaro.

⚠️ EMERGENCY SERVICE ADVISORY

Date: July 23, 2026

Dear Valued Subscribers,

Please be advised that Zone 1 is currently experiencing an electrical maintenance activity being conducted by the local power utility. Unfortunately, our primary Data Center serving the area has also been affected by this power interruption.

At the moment, our Data Center is operating on backup power to keep services online. However, the duration of the backup power supply is limited, and we cannot guarantee how long it will continue to operate should the electrical maintenance be prolonged.

As a result, subscribers may experience:

Intermittent internet connectivity

Temporary service interruptions

Possible downtime if backup power is fully depleted before commercial power is restored

Our Network Operations Team is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as they become available. Normal services will be fully restored once the commercial power supply has been stabilized.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this unforeseen situation.
