As part of our ongoing efforts to drive digital transformation, DFNN is proud to support the digital transformation of education in the Bangsamoro region. This CSR initiative aims to design, deploy, and assess a BARMM IT education model. Our goal is to enhance teaching and learning in higher education by incorporating global best practices in digital technology. The pilot program has been implemented at Maguidanao State University and the MSU in Tawi-Tawi, College of Technology and Oceanography.
We also recognize the importance of pervasive connectivity as the backbone of the digital economy. In line with this, we have partnered with the Office of Civil Defense by providing twenty portable satellite communication kits. These kits, given in a turnover ceremony presided over by NDRRMC Chairperson and Defense Secretary Giberto C. Teodoro Jr., will enhance the emergency communications capability of the NDRRMC. Utilizing the latest satellite technology, these kits are capable of operating in rural and remote areas, ensuring effective communication during emergencies.
DFNN has also pledged support to the Philippine Space Agency by donating a tailor-made learning management system (LMS).
Through these initiatives we aim to foster innovation and contribute to the advancement of technology in the Philippines. Our partnerships and collaborations have always been key to our success. By teaming up with more industry leaders, we've been able to weather challenges and create value to our stakeholders.
