Meet Ash, a CGI Partner in the Philippines with a love for fashion and performing. He says, “My interest in fashion inspired me to become my own reference, instead of copying others’ styles! I learned basic sewing and started experimenting with makeup at home. Last June, I stepped outside my comfort zone and performed at the CGI Philippines Pride celebration in a handmade costume crafted from recycled materials! Though I've only been at CGI for a few months, I’ve already found a supportive, employee-centered culture. Through the social clubs and employee events, everyone can show their capabilities and passions beyond work.”

At CGI, we celebrated our legacy while inspiring the future. Across Asia Pacific, CGI Partners came together to mark our 50th year in meaningful ways, reflecting the culture, collaboration, and continuous learning that have shaped CGI for five decades.

In the Philippines, we celebrated with fun activities, a memory-filled photo wall, nostalgic podcasts, and a CGI Partner-led bazaar. In Malaysia, we commemorated the occasion with CGI trivia quizzes and a festive party for all. In India, we marked the milestone with a vibrant musical celebration, an engaging learning week, and the Future Ready Talent Program, in which we mentored many women students as they transition from campus to building their career. Meet Heither, a CGI Partner in the Philippines with a passion for painting and traveling to art museums. "Every museum is an opportunity to learn. Visiting places like the Philippine National Museum has deepened my appreciation for history, and immersive exhibits like Vincent van Gogh's have inspired me to continue painting. These visits also push me to keep learning and working hard at any task I put my mind to. I even joined the Arts and Clubs social club in CGI to improve my craft. So far, I've visited about six museums and exhibits, and my dream is to see the Metropolitan Museum of Art someday!"
