Thank you always, Lord God! 🤍

Thankfulness is a type of worship we could all probably integrate into our lives more frequently. We are so quick to pray prayers filled with requests that we rush through the time intended to sit and truly thank God for what He has done. Take some time today to praise the Lord for His goodness. Thank Him for being faithful to you, regardless of what you have done.

Here’s another post from my TikTok a few months ago… ✨

When you understand why someone hires a VA… you're not just one step ahead. You're already in the room. Being a VA isn’t just about ticking tasks off a list, it’s about creating space, bringing clarity, and becoming someone they can count on.

The “why” behind it all? That’s where the magic happens. 💻

Somewhere between the to-do lists and the tabs,
I forgot I wasn’t made to carry it all.

As a VA, I hustle, but I’ve learned to abide.
Because I don’t run this race alone. 🤍

Let God refill what hustle has drained.
He is the rest my soul needs. x

Burnout isn’t always about doing too much. It’s often about doing too much without God.

We weren’t created to carry the weight of everyone’s expectations. We were created to abide in Him, to walk in His strength, not our own.

If you’re running on empty, it’s okay to pause. You don’t need to be everything for everyone. You just need to be His.

Let God refill what the world has drained. You were never meant to do this without Him. 🕊️

Just felt like sharing it here again.

It was a list I made when I was still figuring things out.
10 things I wish someone had told me when I was starting as a VA.
Still true now. Maybe even more.

Swipe through if you’re just starting out too. 🤍
And if you’re not, maybe it’ll remind you how far you’ve come. ✨️

The power of knowing your niche before anything else ✱ episode 3

Before I ever called myself a virtual assistant,
I was an online seller.

I sold pants.
Took mirror selfies.
Posted them with prices.
Answered messages. Sent out invoices. Packed orders one by one.

Everything was on me.
No systems. No shortcuts. Just me trying to keep the ball rolling.

That season didn’t tell me who I was meant to work with, but it did teach me something I still carry now:

What it feels like to run a business on your own.
How draining it can be to wear all the hats.
And how much it would’ve helped to have someone lighten the load.

That’s when I first understood what a VA could really do.
Not just complete tasks, but make things feel less heavy.
More manageable. Less lonely.

That awareness stayed with me.

So when I finally stepped into the VA space, I didn’t have a niche. No polished offers. No strategy.
Just a willingness to try different kinds of work, and see what made sense as I went.

Over time, I noticed what felt natural.
I learned where I could really help.
I started to see a pattern in the clients and projects that brought me peace.

That’s how clarity started to take shape. Not all at once, but gradually, through experience.

So if you’re still searching for that sense of direction, be patient with yourself.
You don’t have to name everything right away. You just have to keep moving. ☻︎

The power of knowing your niche before anything else ✱ episode 2

Who’s your dream client? 💭

I remember joining my first-ever face-to-face VA training, full of hope and expectation, thinking maybe I’d land a client right after. But the reality? A little heavier than I imagined.

The GC was lighting up with messages like:
“Hello coach! Naa nakoy client.”
“Coachhhh, salamat kaayo, hired nako.”

And I’d see posts from the coach sharing other trainees’ wins, and while I was genuinely happy for them, I couldn’t help but feel that quiet pressure and creeping anxiety.

Me, on the other hand? I sat there questioning everything.
Had I done enough? Was something wrong with me?

I almost forgot that just buying my laptop, after a whole year of selling ukay to save up, was already a huge step. That alone was proof that I was serious about this. That I had already started. ✨

One day passed after the training, and I started spiraling. Naabot jud ko sa point nga feeling nako dili na ko makakita ug client. I thought maybe it just wasn’t meant for me.

But here’s the twist:

Miraculously, just two days after the training. I landed my first client. Turns out, I was just being impatient. 😅

The task? Simple. Pinterest work for a Christian brand. Nothing overwhelming, but deeply aligned with who I am. I didn’t have to “fake it ‘til I make it.”

That moment felt like a big sign from God, that I was being led exactly where I needed to be.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some amazing and passionate people, finance coaches, a lactation consultant, a fitness coach, creatives, a color analyst, and a naturopath. Each of them has helped me grow, refine my skills, and fall in love with this work even more.

And while I’m so grateful for each of them, I also dream of working with people in ministry (again), publishing houses, or authors. But I know I’ll get there, because I’m holding a space for that vision.

So if you’re just starting out and feeling lost or behind, here’s a little tip:

✨ Think about who you’d genuinely love to help.
Who do you want to support? What kind of work feels like home? Start there, even just getting clear on that is already a powerful step.

Follow along as I’m slowly opening space for aspiring VAs who want to build with clarity, alignment, and heart. 🤍

The power of knowing your niche before anything else. ☻︎

I reached out to this lovely via Instagram, confidently, because I know exactly what I bring to the table. I understand the kind of support I offer, who I serve best, and how I can make someone’s life and business easier. That kind of clarity changes everything.

Here’s the wild part:
I’ve only just started posting on this account, barely any followers, and I still closed the deal right after reaching out.

It’s not about how long you’ve been in the industry.
It’s not about having a massive audience.

It’s about knowing your lane, and owning your skills unapologetically.

Confidence doesn’t come from tenure alone.
It comes from doing the work, getting results, and understanding the real value you bring.

I know some people think you need years of experience before you’re “allowed” to lead, teach, or even share what you know. But I don’t believe in gatekeeping, especially when what you’ve learned could help someone else move faster and more confidently. 😉

Everyone starts somewhere.
And just because you’re newer doesn’t mean you’re not ready.

So if you’re sitting on skills, knowledge, and the drive to serve, don’t wait. Start showing up. Start speaking up.

You don’t need permission to take up space in the industry you’ve already earned a place in.

This is me doing just that, and if you’re thinking about doing the same, I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. 🤍
