Red Butterfly Phoenix is formerly Red Butterfly which has been active by the efforts of Founder CS who struggles against all odds of uniting diverse personalities of LGBTQIA+ individuals amidst the lack of funds and meager supports from the private sector and government agencies once again is trying its digitalized attempt to realize this endeavor to rise from the ashes of failures yet predetermine to emerge and wave the colorful flag of LGBTQIA+ in the horizon of Tudela.
