UPDATE as of 6:33PM

We will continue the repair tomorrow at 8:30 AM. High reading is still occurring on MAINLINE, which needs to be repaired to avoid a larger service interruption.

For now, we temporarily connect the internet, but you may experience an on-and-off connection during this period.

Currently, we have an ongoing JOB ORDER for Wire Replacement for your MAINLINE from Brgy Macalpi going to Brgy Paglaum since 02/13/2026 due to HIGH READING that was discovered in the past few days. Apparently, the connection is already experiencing the on and off connection before we complete the transition of your connection.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that we will resolve this as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding throughout this repair.
