We are sincerely grateful to the Youth of Mansehra team for recognizing the contributions and journey of our CEO, Hammad Lodhi.
At Codematics Inc. we have always believed that true success is measured not only by business growth but also by the positive impact we create in society. Since our inception, our mission has been to empower Pakistan’s youth through technology, innovation, and skills development.
Through our CSR initiative, URRAAN, which has been running continuously since 2017, we have provided free training to more than 3,000 individuals. Today, over 70% of our trainees have successfully built their professional careers, working in leading companies across Pakistan and around the world. Many have also established their own businesses, creating opportunities for others and carrying our mission forward.
While this recognition highlights the leadership of a single individual, it truly belongs to the entire Codematics team. It reflects the passion, dedication, and relentless efforts of every team member who has contributed to building Codematics into a globally recognized company while remaining committed to our vision of creating opportunities, nurturing talent, and driving positive change.

Born and raised in Mansehra, Hammad Lodhi received his early education there before pursuing higher studies at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar, where he earned a degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
