Instead of using random colors, designers choose a planned group of colors — that is called a color palette.

🎨 Types of Color Palettes
1. Monochromatic Palette

Uses one color with its different shades, tints, and tones
Example: light blue, blue, dark blue
✔ Simple and clean look

2. Analogous Palette

Uses colors next to each other on the color wheel
Example: yellow, yellow-orange, orange
✔ Soft and natural look

3. Complementary Palette

Uses opposite colors on the color wheel
Example: red & green, blue & orange

4. Split Complementary

One base color + two colors near its opposite
✔ Balanced contrast

5. Triadic Palette

Uses three evenly spaced colors
