As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Freelance Profile Manager to help us maintain and enhance our presence on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Your role will be crucial in acquiring new projects and managing client relationships.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled individual who can effectively manage our freelance profiles, optimize them for maximum visibility, and actively pursue new job opportunities. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, negotiating with clients, and ensuring our profiles remain attractive and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
Profile Optimization: Regularly update and enhance our profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms to ensure they are complete, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
Proposal Writing: Craft and submit persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and tailor them to specific job postings.
Job Search and Application: Actively search for and apply to relevant job opportunities that match our expertise.
Client Communication: Engage with potential clients, address inquiries, and negotiate project terms.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on profile performance, client feedback, and job acquisition rates to inform strategy and improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing profiles on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
Experience in the software development or tech industry is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze profile performance and make data-driven improvements.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with various freelance platforms and their algorithms.
