A very successful ending of another internship batch at Nova. This was our largest Internship batch consisting of 15 graduates from
various universities selected out of nearly 1000 who applied. These 15 were trained in the fields of Full-stack web development, QA and DevOps according to their interests. During 8 weeks of paid internship program, they went through the domain wise training of 6 weeks under the mentorship of our very experienced engineers. In last 2 weeks they were sent to different active projects teams where they gained hands on experience of how product development works, different process and tools that we use to build industry leading products. They also enjoyed varies outdoor activities with us as we strongly believe in personal grooming as a part of professional development 🙂

In the end after the very hard decision 5 of them were offered full-time positions at Nova and most of others have scored positions in other leading organizations as well by now. We truly believe in contributing towards career building of our young engineers coming out of universities seeking to take a jump towards amazing start of their careers 🙂
