Offering Preventive Maintenance Services of Computers & IT Equipment
1. Overview
Our scheduled preventive maintenance includes our best services and care to let your system to be work properly without any interruption by prior maintenance and regular checkup to all related equipment. Our Technical advises regarding upgrades of Hardware & software are always with you.
Offered Services:
a. Technical Checkup of Equipment:
Two Checkup visits monthly will be considered as Scheduled Checkup in which our technician or technicians will check all PCs under agreement, to ensure proper operation of equipment. This includes necessary maintenance (and repair if required) of general software such as antivirus, MS Office & the operating Systems. All Scheduled tasks will be reported by technician to MPI with user remarks.
Basic Scheduled Tasks:
1. Checkup of Hard Disk for bad sectors /unnecessary files / bad or damaged files.
2. Checkup of operating system for optimum performance.
3. Checkup of general software such as Office, Adobe & others.
4. Checkup for proper antivirus and making sure that antivirus programs are working properly and are updated, furthermore scan & clean the computers for viruses.
5. Synchronizing of data and backup with the help of software or Manual (for selected computers if required)
6. Setup of Mail Archival on each pc if required.
7. Setup of PC OS Partition Backup with Image backup utility (Monthly on Selected PC if required)
8. Installation or re-installation of PC if required. Proper backups before re-installation are in our SOPs.
9. Checkup of network environment and making sure that network system is working properly.
b. Physical Cleaning of Equipment:
Physical Cleaning will enhance working life of your equipment, MPI’s Technicians will be scheduled for Physical cleaning of PCs and related equipment’s once a month regularly.
c. Discounted Service Charges:
MPI offered special discounted service charges for the additional services, such as additional visits on other non-scheduled days on discount rates
d. Prior Customer Support:
MPI’s, contract customers will be considered as prior customers so they may avail prior support and services.
f. Discounted Prices on supplies:
MPI’s Priority customers can get supplies on special discounted rates.
g. Up to date with technology.
MPI’s Priority customers will always be aware with the new technology, OS updates, new inventions in software & hardware.
Hygiene:
We always follow Government’s & Healthcare institutes SOPs regarding COVID19. Our technicians are vaccinated against COVID19 and strickly un observation against any viral disease, they only allowed to visit any premises if they have normal between limits body temperature, no symptoms of cough or flu, they strictly instructed to wear masks, keep their hands clean through hand wash or hand sanitizers, no unnecessary physical interaction & keep safe distances to safe themselves & others.
