There are 300 million pakistanis ( also most other developing countries and societies ) with God given brains to think and solve their OWN problems. And almost all of them talk and talk and talk of either sports, politics and eating out and other non problem solving topics.
When will the idiots of the world realize that having 7 to 9 billion mouths to feed with connected brains who think their only reason d etre is to blame someone else for their lack of meeting expectation. This is a recipe for unhappiness.
God gave an example of the ant and the bee. I do not know much of what the ant does with its capability to carry over 50 times its own weight. But here what a honey bee does.
Honeybees are remarkable creatures, and their honey production process is truly fascinating. Let me share some intriguing facts about honey and how much a single bee contributes:
Honey Production by a Single Bee:
A worker bee produces less than a gram of honey in its lifetime.
Considering that most worker bees live only a maximum of six weeks during the summer (the only season when honey is made), it’s amazing that they can create this amount of honey in such a short life.
The actual measure of honey that a single bee produces in its lifetime is 1/12th of a teaspoon, which is equivalent to 5 grams1.
Collective Effort:
To fill a standard jar of honey (weighing 750g or 27 ounces), approximately 1,286 bees need to work together throughout their lives.
It would take 12 worker bees to make just a teaspoonful of honey.
The Journey to Honey:
Honey production involves an intricate process, including hive management, pollination, and nectar collection.
To create a pound of honey (450g), bees visit up to 2 million flowers!
If we measure the distance traveled, a bee producing 2 pounds (1 kg) of honey would have flown approximately three times around the world in air miles.
In terms of mileage, a hive of bees flies up to 55,000 miles to produce a pound of honey.
Floral Influence:
The taste, color, and flavor of honey depend on the flowers the honey bee visits. Different flowers yield different types of nectar.
Honey is a bee’s primary food source, and they work tirelessly during summer to store enough reserves for the colder winter months.
Learned Skill:
Honey production isn’t an inborn trait; it’s a skill taught by more experienced worker bees to the younger ones.
Not all bees within the hive are involved in honey production. Some specialize as nurse bees, specifically feeding the larvae.
